Convenient Payment Options
Open account invoices are payable upon receipt (Past due balances are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month).
Pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Check or COD. There is no minimum order. All orders are payable in U.S. Dollars.
Special overnight, 2nd day and 3rd day delivery is available at an additional cost. If not otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped via UPS.
- Custom manufactured orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit when order is placed.
- Orders placed after 2:30 pm EST will be processed on the next business day.
- If a product you have ordered is defective or does not perform satisfactorily, we will provide a credit, exchange or refund; it’s your choice. Simply call us 1-866-294-7444 to arrange for the return.
- Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of the invoice.
- All returns must have prior authorization.
- Return Authorization number issued must be on the outside of the package when returning an item. No packages will be accepted without this number.

- Unless defective, items must be returned complete and unused in the original container, unmarked, with seals intact. All items should be returned unopened.
- Special ordered items may not be returned for credit or refund.
- Any shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
- Returns must be sent by traceable carrier (i.e. UPS or FedEx).
- Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns not following the above policies will be refused or subject to a 20% restocking charge.
- Returns meeting all the above policies will receive the appropriate credit, exchange or refund.
